เพื่อน ๆ ที่รักครับ.... ในชีวิตนี้ผมไม่เคยใช้เป้สะพายหลัง (backpack) ของยุโรปหรืออเมริกาที่มีราคาแพงคิดเป็นเงินไทยหลายพันบาท จำได้ว่าเดินทางไปต่างประเทศครั้งแรก ผมใช้กระเป๋าหิ้วแบบที่นักกีฬาเค้าใช้กัน...

มาใช้เป้สะพายหลัง (backpack) ครั้งแรกก็ตอนไปยุโรป เป็นเป้สีส้มโครงอลูมิเนียมซื้อมาจากร้านในย่านหลังกระทรวง  (ราคาที่แท้จริงจำไม่ได้ คิดว่าคงประมาณ ๗๐๐-๘๐๐ บาท) เจ้าเป้ใบนี้นอกจากจะลุยไปถึงลอนดอนแล้ว ผมยังพามันไปเดินป่าที่ NSW ประเทศออสเตรเลียอีกด้วย...

backpack ใบแรก - ถ่ายที่ Garie Beach Youth Hostel

หันมาใช้ "เจ้าแรด" ใบนี้ในช่วงหลัง ผมซื้อมาจากร้าน "สื่อเดินทาง" แถวมักกะสัน เดินไปซื้อมาด้วยมือเลยล่ะ จำได้ว่าราคาตอนนั้นก็ยังไม่ถึงพัน... 

ผมใช้เจ้าแรดจนพัง (ทริปสุดท้ายน่าจะแบกไปลาว...ถ้าจำไม่ผิด) การเดินทางที่ต้องบรรจุเสบียงและข้าวของอย่างเต็มที่จำเป็นต้องใช้เป้ขนาดใหญ่ อย่างน้อยก็ต้อง ๖๐ ลิตรขึ้นไป ผมจึงต้องหาซื้อเป้ใบใหม่ ที่ได้เล็งไว้แต่แรกก็เป็นรุ่น Marshal ของบริษัทสื่อเดินทาง ซึ่งราคาลดแล้วก็เหยียบ ๒ พันบาท...

คนที่ไม่มีรายได้อะไรอย่างผม จะซื้ออะไรแม้อยากได้สุด ๆ ก็ต้องคิดให้ดี ในที่สุดผมก็เปลี่ยนใจหันไปหาเป้จีนราคาถูกที่มีขายในลาซาด้า...

สั่งซื้อมาในราคา ๖๑๔ บาท ได้มาแล้วก็ยังไม่ได้ใช้แบกไปไหน ผมเอาแขวนไว้ข้างฝา แค่ได้มองเห็นก็มีความสุขแล้ว...

เพียงแค่อยากแนะนำเพื่อน ๆ ที่อยากเริ่มออกท่องโลกว่า เป้ราคาไม่แพงอย่างนี้ก็พอใช้ได้แล้วครับ การเดินทางจะสนุกสนานและราบรื่นปลอดภัย มิได้อยู่ที่การใช้เป้ราคาหลายพันบาท แต่เป็นเรื่องของการบริหารจัดการและใช้งานของถูกให้ได้คุ้มค่าที่สุดเท่าที่ทำได้มากกว่า...  

ตรงสายรัดเอวก็ยังมีกระเป๋าซ่อนไว้ด้วย เอาไว้ใส่ยาดม ยาอม ยาหม่องก็ได้! 

ที่ก้นก็ยังมีช่อง... เอาไว้ใส่พวกรองเท้าแตะหรือ pocket book ! เวลาหยิบออกมาใช้มันง่ายดี
