ผมได้รับแผ่นพับเกี่ยวกับ "วิถีชีวิตแบบดั้งเดิม (Traditional Life)" ของคนลาวมา รู้สึกว่าเข้าท่า จึงอยากสแกนมาให้เพื่อน ๆ ได้ดู.....

แม้จะยังคงหาภาพเช่นนี้ดูได้ในชนบทของไทยเรา แต่ก็เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากที่ผมเคยเห็นตอนเป็นเด็กมากทีเดียว...

แผ่นพับฉบับนี้มีแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่่ยวที่น่าสนใจดังนี้...

1. Luang Namtha  Attractive weaving and handicrafts created by various ethnic groups.
2. Houaphanh   Beautiful silk weaving and traditional handicrafts in San Neua Town
3. Luang Prabang   The essence of Laos is concentrated here:  weavings, handicrafts, festivals, local foods and liquors.  Lao New year Festival here is the most splendid.
4. Sayaboury  Elephant Festival is organized every year in February.
5. Vientiane  Enjoy all the Lao food from the street stalls to royal cuisines.  Complete line-up of weavings and handicrafts galleries.  The That Luang Festival is held annually in November.
6. Savannakhet   Traditional indigo dyed cotton weavings inherited among Phouthai ethnic group can be found here.  That Ing Hang Festival is held every year in December.
7. Champasak  Villages produce wooden statues using techniques inherited from Khmer civilazation. Villages and islands practice silk weavings.  Vat Phou Festival is held every year in February.
